Helen Hughes

Founder of HIH Solutions Ltd, Helen has over 30 years’ experience in human resources (FCIPD qualified). She has worked in various sectors such as pharmaceutical, transport, communications, retail, and computer gaming. These have been large public and private sector global organisations and in various HR leadership roles at director level. She has expertise in change management, organisation design and development, talent management, management and leadership development, training and development, and executive coaching.

Anita Roche

Anita has over 30 years’ experience working in HR, ER, line management, project leadership for large global projects, training and facilitation. She has experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, recruitment, travel, higher education, housing associations, vehicle manufacturing, medical research, petrochemicals, chemical manufacturing, and more. She is warm, open, honest, and pragmatic taking care to understand each client tailoring her solutions to their needs. Anita is CIPD qualified and an EQi 360 coach. She also has a BSc degree in Applied Chemistry.

Dawn Wright

With over 25 years experience as HR generalist, delivering professional support and solutions, across a variety of sectors, Dawn's experience includes: communications, animal and public health, distribution, manufacturing and local authorities. Adopting a common-sense, pragmatic approach to delivering solutions , through effective comunication skills, professional integrity and the ability to swiftly build credible working relationships at all levels within an organisation. Specific expertise in employee recruitment, retention, development, performance and organisation development.
